As an experienced coach, mentor and trainer Lynn has herself received extensive training in communications, leadership skills and team development. She is a certified NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) Practitioner, a certified Trainer and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Ethics and Public Policy. With 16 years of management experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Lynn is very knowledgeable about business environments, communications and professional interactions, has a strong faith and is committed to helping others through the coaching process.
